ALWAYS ACOUSTIC™ ALBUM REVIEW
Wednesday, October 31, 2007
By Aaron Keker

John Ralston released his sophomoric album titled Sorry Vampire on October 2, 2007 on Vagrant Records.

I listened to his album in its entirety and I have to say that I really enjoyed the album.

The album commences with John Ralston’s hit song Fragile and concludes with Where You Used To Sleep.

The songs in between like When I Was A Bandage, I Guess I Wasted My Summer Now, Lessons I & II, Ghetto Tested, No One Loves You Like I Do and Haven’t Missed You All My Life makes you addicted to listening to more of his music just like a vampire is addicted to blood.

If you are unfamiliar with John Ralston’s music, visit his website at www.john-ralston.com or his MySpace page at www.myspace.com/johnralston and listen to his music. If it turns out that you really enjoy John Ralston’s music, make sure you purchase his albums titled Needle Bed, Sorry Vampire and Fragile – Single at www.john-ralston.com, iTunes, Napster, Rhapsody or any other store that sells his music.

If you purchase John Ralston’s debut album Needle Bed make sure you listen to Its Not Your Fault, When We Are Cats, I Believe In Ghosts, Keep Me, Gone Gone Gone and Time For Me To Ruin Everything. Also, if you purchase the single album Fragile – Single, you will receive the hit song Fragile and Love/Exit.

Finally, if you enjoy Dashboard Confessional or Augustana’s music, I encourage you to go out a purchase John Ralston’s music. John Ralston likes to incorporate the acoustic guitar in his music just like Chris Carrabba from Dashboard Confessional and Dan Layus from Augustana like to incorporate in their music.

Therefore, if you enjoy Dashboard Confessional, Augustana and acoustic music, make sure you sure you purchase John Ralston’s albums titled Needle Bed, Sorry Vampire and Fragile – Single at iTunes, Napster, Rhapsody or any other store that sells his music. Below is the album song list for Sorry Vampire.
